  • Rancor sells Investors Group building in Chatham and then purchases a two bedroom condominium at the Milan in Toronto.
  • Thames Towers apartments achieve condominium status. Ouellette Harbour and Riverside are soon to follow.
  • Casilco Corporation and two other partners enter into a purchase agreement to acquire 435 acres in Lakeshore. A vendor lease back will follow with a five year contract to grow carrots and onions.
