2006

  • Rancor properties purchases 475 Devonshire Road in Walkerville, Ontario. This 11,000 square foot office building is occupied by Human Kinetics and Verhargen Stubberfield.
  • Calira Corporation is formed and a Tim Hortons is purchased in Tecumseh, Ontario, along with the adjacent lot. Shortly after closing, a 3,000 square foot office building is erected to serve as the administration for Cardella and Company, the operators of the adjoining Tim Hortons.
  • Adriano Corsini joins the company.
  • Tiffany Properties purchases Pangeo, a 26,000 square foot warehouse in Windsor, Ontario. Casilco Corp. now manages over 1 million square feet of residential and commercial real estate in Southwestern Ontario. This is another milestone. The company now operates as “The Casilco Corporation”.
  • Casilco Corp. expands into Toronto with the purchase of three condominiums at 18 Yorkville. The building is under construction and upon delivery, these units will be furnished and rented out under the City Suites Yorkville banner. This will become our “boutique” division.
  • A windmill contract is entered into the Aimes Powergen on the Mud Creek property. Nine turbines will be erected on the property, a diversification into the clean energy sector.
