  • Silco Management (a partnership between Carlo, Sileno, and Maria Corsini) is formed for the purpose of administrating and managing the farms and the apartment buildings. Carlo Corsini begins his career in the company. The new office will be located on the top floor of Thames Towers East.
  • Having reclaimed 360 acres, Mud Creek Club begins reclaiming another 242 acres of marsh.
